PRODUCT MEASUREMENT
Purchased in the sale £39, Shipped from Delhi (not London) arrived via Fedex, had a paper strip tangled through the sleeves and body, stated which if broken invalidated the return. It was impossible to try on the top without damaging the strip, and I wasn't keen on the fabric, so I asked to return. I was informed sale item cannot be returned, even though the company T's & C's clearly state return of sale items within 7 days of receipt, which is in line with UK distance selling regulations. I will not be wasting any more of my time with this company founded on 'principle and integrity'.
Based on my experience here, I would not recommend this company, and would suggest they are trading on false promises, interpreting their own values of 'principle and integrity' on some other premise than the true meaning of that statement!
